Dr. Friedrich Mathern is a specialist in employment law and advises employees and employers in the private and public sector on all matters of employment law. He has broad experience in drawing up, amending and terminating contracts of service and employment, as well as handling cases brought before the labour courts - including the German Federal Labour Court - and negotiating with works councils. He also advises medium-sized companies and private clients on the drafting of contracts, especially sales contracts and contracts for work, as well as asserting and defending claims in court.
Dr. Friedrich Mathern has many years' experience as a notary public and has worked in the fields of real estate, company law, inheritance and family law, as well as drafting durable powers of attorney for health and living wills. His daily work includes handling the sale and purchase of residential property and building sites, drawing up property development and management contracts as well advising companies on all notarial matters.
Dr. Friedrich Mathern has been admitted as a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main since 1980 and as a notary public from 1991 till end of 2021. He speaks German and English.
