Albrecht Münch advises German and international clients on matters of commercial and company law and corporate transactions. He has over twenty years of experience in advising on the incorporation, sale, purchase, restructuring and financing of companies and enterprises, often cross-border. His work in corporate law includes advice on capital measures, transformations and enterprise agreements as well as on the legal relationships between companies and their executive bodies. He has been named as one of the leading M&A lawyers in Germany for several years by Best Lawyers in cooperation with the German business newspaper Handelsblatt.
As a notary public he is focusing on corporate and real estate law, including the recording of shareholders' meetings and AGMs and implementation of resolutions adopted. He regularly records M&A and other corporate transactions and credit security agreements. In addition, Mr Münch provides notarial services in relation to inheritance matters, including business successions.
Albrecht Münch has been admitted as a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main since 1993 and as a notary public since 2016. He speaks German and English.
