Dr Philipp Graf von Dürckheim advises domestic and foreign clients on real estate transactions, corporate transactions and commercial and corporate law. He advises real estate funds on the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, with a focus on logistics. He has over twenty-five years of experience in advising on the formation, purchase and sale, and restructuring of companies, often on a cross-border basis. His corporate law practice also includes shareholdings in companies and the legal relationships between shareholders and capital measures.
The focus of his notarial practice is on real estate and corporate law, including the notarisation of shareholders' meetings and general meetings and the implementation of the resolutions passed there. He regularly notarises real estate purchases, corporate transactions and loan collateral. Dr Graf v. Dürckheim has also been involved in extensive property development projects for many years. In addition, he deals with inheritance law matters and asset succession.
Dr Philipp Graf v. Dürckheim has been admitted to practise as a barrister since 2000, as a solicitor in England and Wales since 2005, and as a notary in Frankfurt am Main since 2017. He speaks German and English.
